Vulcan contractors are fully insured and bonded. Our technicians have received additional training by Vulcan staff members in order to assure that all projects are completed under the strict guidelines of our internal Customer Care Standard Operating Procedures and those set forth by Professionnal Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM). Unlike other third party providers, Vulcan is proud to offer a flat rate hourly rate in almost all of our coverage areas. All work is guaranteed and there is never a charge for estimating. Vulcan believes that the customer should be informed of all details of any job. This includes providing our clients the technician contact name, company, and cell phone at any time for any job. All subcontractor invoices are available for review upon request. There are never any hidden costs. This alone, sets Vulcan a world apart from any other nationwide service provider.
