What is included in each tier?
Basic covers one annual inspection and a written report. Plus adds priority storm response and gutter cleaning. Pro adds twice-yearly inspections, an attic and ventilation check, and front-of-line scheduling when storm damage or replacement is needed.
Does this plan include repairs?
No. Vulcan does complete roof replacements, not partial repairs — the plan is preventive maintenance only. If an inspection turns up a problem the plan tells you about it and gives you a written estimate for replacement at member pricing. For an urgent leak that is not yet replacement-worthy, we will refer you to a repair-focused contractor we trust.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. You can pause or cancel from your dashboard or by email. If you prepaid annually, we prorate the refund.
Does the plan void or affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. In fact, most shingle manufacturers require documented annual inspections for warranty claims — our plan is designed to keep your warranty valid.
What happens if you find damage during an inspection?
You get a written estimate. If the roof is replacement-worthy, members get a 3-5% discount and front-of-line scheduling on the install. If it is too small to justify replacement, we will tell you that and recommend a repair contractor.
